Indian Gaming Local Community Benefit Committee

Responsible for developing the application policies and procedures for the distribution of grant funding: assessing the applications; and setting reimbursements for county administrative costs. 
Legislation, SB621, established the method of calculating the distribution of appropriations from the Indian Gaming Special Distribution Fund for grants to local government agencies impacted by tribal gaming. An Indian Gaming Local Community Benefit Committee is to be created in each County when Indian Gaming is conducted.
