Library Advisory Board

The purpose of the Library Advisory Board is to act as a community advisory body to the Board of Supervisors and the County Librarian regarding all phases of library services and operations of the Tulare County Free Library. This includes:

1.  Library policies and operations, including hours;
2.  Federal, State, and/or Local legislation pertaining to library funding and support;
3.  Public input about the Library;
4.  Financial requirements of the Library, including the annual budget; and
5.  Other matters of concern to the Board of Supervisors regarding the Library.
