Pursuant to Section 21670.1(b) of the California Public Utilities Code, the Board of Supervisors hereby establishes that the membership of the Tulare County Airport Land Use Commission shall consist of, in addition to the seven (7) members of the Tulare County Planning Commission, two members with expertise in aviation, as defined in Section 21670.(e) of the California Public Utilities Code.
